ADF – Angle Driver with Integrated Failsafe

The ADF combines an advanced solid state pitch stabilizer with a two-stage failsafe all in one space-saving package. Measuring only 1¼" x 7/8" x 3/16", you'll find the precision and features of much larger devices tailor-made to fit in today's small-diameter water tight cylinders.

Features:

1. Solid State Pitch Stabilizer
   • With 10-bit precision and DSP technology the ADF's pitch stabilizer is the smoothest in the business. Designed with ease of setup in mind, the ADF offers two sensitivity settings, trim-pot neutral adjustment and a built-in zero-bubble indicator. The ADF's pitch stabilizer also supports stand-alone operation, permitting bowplane control on channel-limited radios.
2. Two stage Fail Safe
   • Upon signal loss the ADF immediately issues a "neutral" command on the ballast channel to prevent taking on any more ballast. If the receiver signal is not recovered after three seconds the ballast channel is driven to the user-defined fail-safe position, blowing your ballast tank dry. The ADF also features an indicator LED to show when the failsafe has been activated.

Automatic Pitch Controller

This compact Automatic Pitch Controller has a very sensitive accelerometer that detects very slight angle changes, however it is able to send a smooth signal to the dive planes, avoiding over reactive changes.
There are no liquid level sensors.
The unit is very small, only 1.5" x 7/8" enabling it to fit into very confined spaces.
There is an ‘axis switch’ which allows you to place the APC in the most convenient position in the cylinder.
Trim is set with the aid of a red LED. There are two pots for adjustments and fine tuning for pitch and gain.
