Our international ordering policy has changed, effective July 1, 2007. Due to a high incidence of credit card fraud, and our lack of legal recourse with customers outside the USA, we are forced to require all customers with billing addresses outside the USA to submit payment by wire transfer before we can ship the order.

International customers can place an order by:

1. Print out a paper copy of our order form.
2. Fill in which products are desired.
3. Contact us for a freight quotation. You may either e-mail us, or call us at +1 315 946 1213.
4. Please note that products marked ORM-D or HAZMAT on our web site will be extremely expensive to ship outside the USA, in excess of $200 for even a small can of paint. Since it takes us several hours to complete these quotes, serious requests only please.
5. Add the $15.00 wire transfer fee.
6. Fill in the TOTAL AMOUNT of the order.
7. Intiate a wire transfer, using the information on the order form.
