WAX & GREASE REMOVER (KC10)

KC10 removes grease, wax, silicone, adhesives, tar, tree sap, insects and dirt. It is a fast flashing product designed to help speedup initial surface preparation before beginning sanding and body work.

POST SANDING CLEANER (KC20)

KC20 removes sanding residue as well as dirt and light contaminants, such as hand oil. KC20 is designed for use after KC10 and final surface preparation.

CHROMATE FREE EPOXY PRIMER (KP2CF)

KP2CF is designed to work over properly prepared aluminum, magnesium, fiberglass, galvanized steel, OEM finishes, and some woods and plastics. It's strong adhesion, fast build, and ease of sanding (wet or dry), make it a logical choice for the base of a lasting paint job. It may also be applied to repair areas for fast filling touchups. Can be reduced up to 10% with RU Series Reducer.

KO-SEAL® PRIMER SEALER (KS)

A two-component acrylic urethane primer sealer. KO-SEAL® II has two series of products: one series meeting the VOC requirements for National Rule, and one series meeting the VOC requirements for SCAQMD Rule 1151. KO-Seal® is easy to sand and is available in black, white and metallic colors.

4 Parts KS Series Primer to 1 Part KU150 Catalyst to 1 Part RU Series Reducer. For 2.1 VOC, RU300 must be used.

BLEED CHECK SEALER (SBS10)

A two-component acrylic urethane sealer designed to stop bleed through. It stops bleeding colors from interfering with graphics and artwork. The following House of Kolor products have a tendency to bleed: KBC05, KBC10, KK05, KK10, UK05, UK10, and UK13. We recommend using Bleed Check Sealer over these products to protect artwork. Mix 4 parts SBS10 to 1 part KU100 to 1 part RU Series Reducer, then add 6ml of AX01 Accelerator per mixed quart of SBS10 Bleed Check used.

DIRECT TO METAL PRIMERS & ACTIVATORS (KD2000 & KDA2000 SERIES)

KD2000 Direct to Metal Primer has been formulated with a hybrid of epoxy and acrylic polymers, which provide excellent adhesion, good corrosion resistance, productive dry times, and ease of sanding. These primers emit very low amount of Volatile Organic Chemicals (VOCs), Hazardous Air Polluting Solvents (HAPS), and contain no isocyanates. KD2000 may be applied to properly cleaned and sanded aluminum, steel, galvanized steel, sand blasted steel, fiberglass and SMC. Can be reduced up to 10% with RU reducer. Mix 4 parts KD2000 to 1 part KDA2000 to 1 part RU Series Reducer (for 2.1 VOC, RU300 must be used).
